"Mr. Sadashiv S. Rao has over 38 years of expertise in project finance, investment banking and advisory services, showcasing a remarkable track record in the field. As the founding CEO of NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited (erstwhile IDFC Infrastructure Finance Ltd), an NBFC that lends to operating infrastructure projects, he has consistently displayed his leadership skills over the past eight years.

Post his superannuation in 2022, Mr. Rao is an independent Director on the Boards of Yes Bank and Nexus Select Mall- the largest owner of malls in India.

He holds an impeccable academic background, characterized by an engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and subsequent management education from IIM Bangalore.
